Osaka castle, Spa World & Namba (4th and 5th Day)

Osakaaaa ^^

Came to Osaka at the end of the 3rd day, but because I was so tired decided to do all the "Osaka-posts" in one take so here it comes~

And everybody who were waiting for this posts, thank Annika, cause she was nagging to me "Why haven't u done the post yet?!".. i was tireeeed after the trip.. >.< but thank u Annika.. ;) <3

1st. visited Osaka Castle (大阪城). It was so close to our hotel that we only needed to walk about 5-10 minutes and no metros~ We didn't go inside (cause apparently it costs some and we did't really had the urge to go~) but outside it's free and all the photos of the castle are better take outside^^ The nearest metro stations are Tenmabashi (ours^^) and Tanimachi 4-chome, when coming from the central area.

cutesy~ Takoyaki (たこ焼き) souvenir <3

2nd. we went to the Spa World! ^^ The idea is that there is different onsens, pools and saunas in the building which u can use after paying the entrance fee (saunas pay extra 800 yen, if u want to enter to the sauna-area. We didn't go there, cause there are 2 to 3 saunas in the onsen are for free~). The normal entrance fee is 1,000 yen (internet says differently, but that's what we payed and i was Saturday so not even a weekday~). The payment is valid for 3 hours after entering and after that u will be charged the "whole-day" payment, which is 1,300 yen (which u will pay when u exit the building~).

The opening hours are from 10 am to the NEXT days 8.45 am.

The entrance

Spa World -building outside.. not that pretty XD

Tickets~ U will buy the tickets from the machines on the right side of the entrance area.

entrance, u will have to give your ticket here. Going left, u will have to leave your shoes to the lockers (100 yen, you will get it back) and then going right, where are the elevators that take you to the right floor~

From the 6th floor (the Asian onsen floor + gym)

Look for this sign on the 1st floor, it says which floor are used by men and women. It changes every month~

The entrance to the onsen are (only for women or men)

Locker room inside the onsen are (100 yen, u will get it back). U will leave your stuffs here and change to the pink dress-looking outfit. Pretty much u will wear it inside the building~ When going to onsen are u will NOT wear swimsuit (in other words u are naked) and when going to the pool are u will HAVE TO wear swimsuit because it's for men and women. (Just to clarify, the onsen area is only for women or men!)
U can throw the pink dress in the laundry basket when going in and get a new one when coming out~

Food area^^

All the payments INSIDE the building will be collected into your wristband, so you don't need money inside the building. When u are exiting the building u will have to pay all the expenses u made while inside, to the machine next to the entrance/exit are. Inside the building there are restaurants (the last ones close about 3 am), massage rooms, hair salons, a gym (200 yen to enter, includes shoes) and so on~

When exiting, u will see these kind of machines at the entrance/exiting area. U will choose how many wristbands u are gonna pay at once and then throw the wristband into to opening vent. The machine will tell u how much u have to pay.

After paying u will get a receipt and a ticket with a scan code. After u have picked up your shoes from the shoe's locker, u will have to show the scan code to the gateway and u will get out. ^^

Hopefully I didn't leave anything out^^' U can see everything from the spa world's page or u can send me a message and ask~ TOTALLY recommend!! Gonna try one in Tokyo too with my friends~ Bad sides... I know the food is a little bit too expensive, but u can't bring your own food and you can't go out so.. that's only natural for the company to do that^^' (I bought a hamburger set (not too big..) and it cost 780 yen) -.-

3rd. we visited the famous shopping are Dotonbori (道頓堀) in Namba area. The shopping are is SO big O.o I felt like it's bigger that in Tokyo XD

Firs night in Namba^^

The famous crab :DD

Osaka Glico man

Really good Okonomiyaki place^^ Osaka is pretty famous of it's okonomiyaki and takoyaki~)

The entrance and the kitchen

Our food <333 They bring the okonomiyaki to u, so u don't have to make it on your own (which takes time..) ^^'

It was quite tiny, but good~

More Namba area, on Sunday~

The big Starbucks near the famous Ebisu bridge~ It has a library-atmosphere :D

The view from the Starbucks~

If u go right from the Starbucks u end up to the street full of takoyaki-stands. I found the best ones near the cow-statue~

Namba, Partyland (frozen yogurt)! <3 SO good ^^

U will collect everything depending on your own taste (yogurts, fruits, candies~).

And then pay how much it weights^^

Rachel's and mine <3 omnomnom~

cutesy shop <3 Really, I would have wanted to buy everything <33 Almost bought a really BIG one to my best friend, Annika for a coming-back-to-japan gift^^ ..but my luggage were so full >.<

Something else.. We didn't got so much time in Osaka so didn't visit many places, but there is a big aquarium in Osaka which I would have wanted to go~ So if u have time, please go^^ (Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan)
